How it Works

Cashless Claim Process Guide

Follow this simple step-by-step process at our dedicated TPA Help Desk to claim your cashless medical benefits smoothly.

1
Initial Verification

Visit our TPA help desk at reception upon admission. Present your health insurance card, a valid photo government ID (Aadhaar Card, driving license), and a copy of your insurance policy document.

2
Pre-Authorization Request Form

Our designated TPA coordinator will coordinate with the treating medical specialist to fill out the Pre-Authorization Form (Part A & Part B) explaining clinical requirements.

3
Review & Approval (2-4 Hours)

We transmit the electronic request to your insurance company or TPA. They review the clinical case and issue an initial approval letter (normally processed within 2 to 4 hours).

4
Discharge & Cashless Billing

Upon discharge, the hospital sends final billing documents to the insurance/TPA. Once the final approval is received, the patient signs the bills, pays non-payable items (if any), and gets discharged without paying major expenses.
