The Foundation
Sankalp Hospital opened its doors in December 2008 in Ambikapur, providing the Surguja community with dedicated OPD and outpatient consulting services in Orthopaedics and Gynecology.
Critical Care Expansion
Inaugurated a specialized ICU wing, an advanced critical care trauma unit, and a high-resolution in-house diagnostic laboratory to support severe trauma cases.
Assisted Fertility (IVF) Launch
Launched the Sankalp Assisted Fertility (IVF) Center, introducing advanced reproductive medicine, embryology setups, and highly successful fertility care in rural Chhattisgarh.
Modern OT & Dialysis Wing
Installed state-of-the-art Modular Operation Theatres with Laminar Air Flow systems and expanded our Dialysis Unit to provide cashless support for CGHS and Ayushman patients.

Right to Dignified, Respectful Care
Every patient receives high-quality clinical care, regardless of gender, social standing, or economic background.

Duty to Provide Accurate Health Info
It is the patient's responsibility to disclose complete history, current medications, allergies, and pre-existing medical conditions to our doctors.
Visitor Policies & Timings
Strict Bedside Visiting Hours
To support patient healing, visiting is allowed strictly between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM daily.
Bed Attendant Pass Rules
One attendant pass is issued per patient during admission. The attendant must display this pass inside the ward at all times.
No Children Allowed as Visitors
To shield them from hospital-acquired infections, children under 12 are strictly prohibited from visiting ward areas.
